Appointments
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment with Reseda, CA Periodontist Richard Benveniste DDS, MSD. We do our best to accommodate our patients to get them in a timely manner.

Office Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
We are aware that virtually all of our patients have time restraints and we will always strive to respect your time. If you cannot keep the appointed time reserved exclusively for you, we will need a minimum of 24hours notice.
Dental Emergencies
Once you have established contact with us we will always be available for your immediate needs and you will never have to face any emergency situation alone. A call to our office at any time will alert us to your immediate needs.
Payment Options
Our fee levels and payment plans are based on the following:
- The time and expense involved in providing the service.
- The care, skill and expertise needed to provide the service.
- The ability of the patient to handle the fee without undue hardship.
- Our participation in the California Dental Service (Delta) guarantees to the patient that our fees fall within the "usual and customary" range for services by California periodontists.
Generally we will provide a range of fees according to what your treatment dictates. You will always know what the charges are for any procedure before any treatment is started. Payment of fees are also pre-arranged which will be given to you in writing to examine & save for your records.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements. Our office will work with you to present the best options possible including financing options.
Dental Insurance
Most patients do have some form of dental insurance and we will do our very utmost to help you obtain your maximum coverage.
Please, however, be aware that we have no relationship with the your insurance company and we have no control over what coverage they provide. As a courtesy to you, we will accept payment directly from the insurance company and make financial arrangements directly with you for the portion of the fee not covered by your insurance.
Referrals
Many people feel that in our busy practice we may not accept new patients or that you must be referred by a general dentist, however this is not so.
We're always accepting new patients and are glad to help any of your family or friends who can benefit from our periodontics & TMJ therapy services. We know that the care and consideration you receive from this office will give you much enthusiasm so that you will want your dearest ones to be cared for here.
